Sue Holmes Pilates
I am a registered physiotherapist with a keen interest in fitness and well-being for all age groups.
My Pilates classes are designed to improve your core strength, flexibility, posture and balance whilst focusing on breathing and correct movement patterns.
Relaxation and stretching are incorporated in the group matwork classes too.
